Seconds boasts a stylish and clear timer display that can easily be read from a distance. You may switch to landscape mode by rotating your device. You may also apply a color to the background of the timer for each interval to provide extra visual cues.

Seconds provides timer wizards to allow you to create timers for common interval training methods. Included so far are wizards for HIIT timers, round timers and circuit training timers. You may even construct timers out of other timers with the new Compound Timer wizard.

Seconds allows you to match the intensity of your music to the intensity of your workout. On a per interval level, you can select a song, album, artist, genre, playlist, podcasts or audiobooks. If this is not to your taste you can simply assign music to the entire workout.

Seconds comes with a variety of sound schemes. These range from simple beeps, through to MMA airhorns and boxing bells. For situation where you can't see the screen of your device Seconds can read out the name of the intervals in your timer.

Seconds now support Wahoo Fitness heart rate sensors so you can track you current/max/average heart rate as you train. Seconds even provides a heart rate based calorie expenditure.

Seconds Pro supports displaying timers on an external display via VGA/HDMI adapter and AirPlay mirroring (iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and later). This is perfect for personal trainers instructing fitness classes.

Seconds Pro comes with a variety sample timers to get you started as well as the new Timer Repository. The repository is a regularly updated collection of timers from your favourite workout sites.

Seconds is a universal app so you can use it on your iPhone and your iPad. It also supports all orientations so you can decide what works best for you.

Seconds can update your favourite social networks with a description and link to your timer when it completes. It is then possible for your friends to view and import your timer onto their device simply by clicking a link. Currently supported are Facebook and Twitter. You may also share your timers with friends via email.

Just what I wanted! (5 stars)
I try to vary my workouts and I like to watch TV while I workout. With this app and it's capabilities I can set up timers for stretching workouts and different cardio workouts. Then when I'm working out I know it's time to change when I hear the cowbells. Perfect and the new update only makes it better! Thanks!
